To kick off the celebration of St. Philip's 50th Anniversary, as special worship service was held in the style that would have been customary in 1957. The liturgy was taken from the 1928 prayer book, men were invited to wear suits and women hats and gloves. An altar rail was created using the kneelers and the clergy celebrated at the main altar at the front. The celebrants included Bishop Silvestre Romero, Rector Silito Romero, former Rector Jerry Drino, Fr. Hank LeBeau, Rev. Holly Hudson-Louis, and Deacons Alison Carpenter Lucas and George Cano. Thanks to Tom Valentine for the photos!
