Admission Process

The first step is to visit our campus and experience our vibrant community in person. You can do this by registering for one of our Open Houses, or by calling the Admission Office to schedule a private visit.

Inquire and Register for an open house

Submit an online application along with the admission fee ($150 per child) by January 7.

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will open on August 15.

After you apply, log in to your checklist to complete all the admission related forms. Parents can log into the parent portal at any time to access the checklist and track the application progress. The deadline for a completed checklist is January 31. The following supporting materials are required unless otherwise noted.

• Copy of Birth Certificate.

• Family Photo (Optional).

• Teacher Recommendation Form from current teacher (PreK3 - 5th grade applicants). If an applicant for Early Childhood is currently in a preschool program, a teacher recommendation from a current teacher is required. 

• Release of Records Form (1st - 5th grade applicants). Please complete the form and submit it to your child’s current school.

We value the opportunity to speak with parents to better understand both your family and your child. These conversations typically last around 30 minutes. Interviews begin in September, and we strongly recommend scheduling one early in the admission process, as time slots fill up quickly.

St. Philip’s seeks to enroll children who will benefit from its values, mission, and programs. The format of the evaluation varies by applicant's age and grade level and is designed to be developmentally appropriate so we can get to know your child. Regardless of the type of assessment, the goal of the Admission Committee remains the same: to identify those applicants who are most likely to thrive in our learning environment. Assessment instructions will be provided once your child's application is submitted.
