Enrichment & Aftercare
Extended Care
Our Early Care, After Care, and Enrichment programs are available to all students and provide opportunities for learning and development beyond the school day.
Early Care
We know that parents sometimes have busy schedules and we are here to help. Students are welcome to come to campus starting at 7:30 am every school day and go to the designated Early Care room where they can prepare for their day or catchup on any last minute items they might need to complete.
Preschool Extended Day
The optional Preschool Extended Day Program is available between 2:15 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. daily. At 3:15 p.m., each child must be signed out of Extended Day by a parent or authorized person. At that time, students have the option to transition from Preschool Extended Day to the St. Philip’s After Care program until 6:00 p.m.
After Care
All St. Philip’s students may participate in After Care. After Care is available from 3:20 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Families may opt to have their children participate in Enrichment activities during this time. In addition to those who have signed up for After Care in advance, any students who are still at school at 3:20 p.m. will be taken to After Care. Please see the fee chart below or visit our Tuition and Affordability page for rates.
Fee Schedule
- Preschool Extended Day is $15.00 per hour
- After Care, 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. $15.00 per hour (flat amount) per student
- All students must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. A $5 per minute fee will be charged for students who remain in After Care after 6:00 p.m.
*Extended Day and After Care are billed monthly.
Enrichment
As an extension of St. Philip’s Episcopal School After Care program, Enrichment classes are designed to complement a rigorous day of academic learning. By providing students with further opportunities to explore, play, and learn, Enrichment classes help nurture students’ creative and extracurricular interests. These classes enhance a student’s education by bringing new concepts to light and by using familiar concepts in new ways. Activities are both fun and educational.
